Zara Beauty Spa Booking & Service Policies

At Zara Beauty & Spa, we are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please review our updated policies to ensure a clear understanding of our appointment and service guidelines.

Appointment Policy

  • All appointments at Zara SPA are booked without advance payment.
  • Full payment is made in person on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend (no-shows), may result in limited future booking availability.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client. Full service charges will still apply.
  • If you arrive too late to begin your treatment, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

  • All appointments are confirmed via email.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 hours of booking, please contact us to ensure your appointment has been successfully scheduled.

Services from Other Providers

  • If you currently have eyelash extensions from another salon, we recommend a removal and a new full set for the best results, as product quality and techniques can vary.
  • We may also perform infills on lashes from other salons if they are in good condition. If unsure, please contact us or send us photos for a pre-appointment consultation.

Guest Policy

  • We kindly request that you do not bring guests, children, or pets to your appointment in order to maintain a calm and focused environment.
